He was predeceased by: his parents, John Haley and Emily Haley (Stewart); his wife Betty Haley; his son Richard Haley; and his siblings, Bill Haley, Louis Haley, Doris Gordon, Eleanor Spotts, JoAnne Justvig and Josephine Roberts.
He is survived by: his son Jerry Haley (Kristine) of Charlotte; his daughter-in-law Nancy Haley of Springport; his grandchildren, Kevin Haley (Kelly), Karen Lantz (Brian), Fonda Byer, James Haley, Tony Haley, James Terry and Stephen Terry; and his brothers, John Haley Jr. and Michael Haley. He is also survived by several great grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
