James Johnson Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Johnson of Eaton Rapids, Michigan, who passed away on September 4, 2021 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Johnson and Johnathon Johnson; his wife Elsie; his daughter Norma Cole; and his siblings, Ronald Johnson, Roy Leon Johnson, Curt Johnson, Joel Johnson and Faye Boggs.
He is survived by: his daughters, Tresa Grossman (Rick) of Charlotte, NC, Mary Poe (Mark) of Matthews, NC and Penny McWhirter (David) of Eaton Rapids, MI; his children-in-law, Rise Ward and Scott Bateson; his siblings, Nell Miller (Glenn) and Johnny Johnson (Diane); and his aunt Laverne. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren.
