He is survived by: his wife Judith M Alspaugh; his children, Julie Marie Potter of Lansing, Brian Jack Alspaugh of Eaton Rapids, William Barry Alspaugh of Eaton Rapids, Carl Shannon Alspaugh of Eaton Rapids and Jack Earl II Alspaugh (Gina) of Lansing; and his siblings, Carl Alspaugh (Barbara) of Lansing and Lora Alspaugh of Charlotte. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren.
