He was predeceased by: his parents, Harlan Benjamin Pauls, Sr. and Bernice Adell Pauls (Barnes); his wife Judy Kay Pauls; his son Benjamin Pauls; and his siblings, Madelyn Mason and Jerold Pauls.
He is survived by: his daughters, Tammie Brown (Donald) of Charlotte, Melanie Wood McCord (Christopher) of Eaton Rapids and Jessiey Pauls of Eaton Rapids; his daughter-in-law Melody Pauls; his grandchildren, Cheyenne Moore, Harlan Brown, Devin Wood, Tayler McCord, Jorden McCord, Dustin McCord, Ezekial Pauls and Anne Marie Pauls; and his sister Judie Gregg (Larry) of Wisconsin.
