With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Eugene Sundermann of Eaton Rapids, Michigan, who passed away on May 18, 2021 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Sundermann and Edith Sundermann (Martin); his wife Patricia; his daughter Cyrena Sundermann; and his siblings, George Sundermann, Betty Powers, Johanna Novanty, Katherine Zillgitt, Darlene Lease and Marilyn Speckin.
He is survived by: his children, Wendy Pledger Godwin, Brenda Saines of Lansing and Bill Saines; his grandchildren, William Saines (Kim), Jessica Kelley (James), Carrie Russell (Shane), Derek Thocker (Meghan) and Greg Thocker (Chelsea); and his brothers, Gerald Sundermann (Betty Lou), James Sundermann, William Sundermann, Grant Sundermann (Bonnie) and Jack Sunderman. He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
