He is survived by: his wife Kathryn; his children, John (Julie Casey), Kellie Bowden and Elizabeth Duthie (John); his siblings, Paulette Brown (Ray), Virginia Meador (Steve), Michael Young and Robert Berry; and his grandchildren, Gavin Duthie, Calliope and Persephone Berry.
