He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville Milliman and Natalie Milliman (Markiw); and his brother Robert Milliman. He is survived by: his wife Pam Milliman; his children, Stefanie Davis (Daniel), Shannon Milliman-Tidwell (Jamie), Steven Milliman and Mike Whittum; and his grandchildren, Daniel Davis II (Anna), Connor Davis, Jessica Shook (Josh), Josh Whittum, Michael Whittum III, Noel Milliman, Cameron Milliman, Kevin Mills and James Mills (Jade). He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren and numerous extended family and friends.
