He was predeceased by: his significant other Beverly Smith. He is survived by: his children, Donald Smith Jr., Tammy McCuaig (Josh) and Peggy Smith; his grandchildren, William Smith, Cori Jones (Josh), Ivory Rouser-Smith and Theron McCuaig; and his great grandchildren, Abigail Adams and Coraline Jones. He is also survived by 3 children, 4 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
