She was predeceased by: her parent Estill Newsome; and her sister Barbara Newsome. She is survived by: her mother Thelma Newsome (Bryant) of Springport; her children, Reatha Gates (Matthew) of Eaton Rapids, Tabitha Rockafellow (Ryan Clark) of Eaton Rapids and Derek Rockafellow (Terina); her grandchildren, Tesla, Allison, Mattison, Reanna, Justin Gates and Aisha Furgala; and her siblings, Linda Mikkelson (Dean), Cindy Hansen of Springport, Darrell Newsome (Catherine) of Springport, Gloria Newsome of Eaton Rapids and Crystal Church (Corey) of Springport.
