She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Christie and Geraldine Christie (Ridge); and her nephews, Jonathan and Timmy. She is survived by: her husband Charles Carpenter; her children, Christie Yansens, Kelly Knapp (Josh) and Kevin Yansens; her grandchildren, Mikayla (MK) and J. Knapp; her sisters, Vicki Strouse and Lorie Perry (Michael); and her sister-in-law Tina Goodin (George).
