He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Travis and Ruth E. Travis (Hall); and his siblings, Lois Kaye Travis and Ronald Travis. He is survived by: his wife Suzie Travis (Skaryd) of Eaton Rapids; the mother of his children Helen Travis of St. Louis, MI; his sons, Brett Stewart Travis of St. Louis, MI and Ryan Christopher Travis (Lexi) of Pickens, S. C.; his brother Maynard Travis (Darcie) of Weidman; his sister-in-law Judy Travis of Breckenridge; his uncle Richard Hall of Lansing; and his nieces and nephews, Jason, Suzan, Rodney, Ron, Nicholas, Scott, Evan, Jessica, John and Joe.
Memorial contributions have been set up with the VFW in Lansing and the NRA.
