He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray and Christena; his siblings, Maxine and Bob; his granddaughter Anne Marie; and his great grandchild Charlie.
He is survived by: his wife Nina; his children, Ted (Betty), Gary (Deborah), Christine Pople (Keith) and Charna Welch (Bob); his grandchildren, Katie, Laura (Devin), John, Kimberley (Chad), Keith (Blerina), Alexis, Jessica, Zach (Kim) and Nick (Janna); his great grandchildren, Lydia, Landon, Kaylond, Eden and Mackenzie; and his brother Dick Gulliver (Marjie).
Donations in memory of Chuck may be made to the First United Methodist Church of Eaton Rapids.
