He is survived by: his mother Joan Cook (Biergans); his wife Melody; his children, Chris of North Carolina, Stacey (Nathaniel) of Kentucky, Aaron (Denae) of Saginaw and Erin (Topher) of Okemos; his grandchildren, Xavie, Matthew, Justin, Caidence, Ella, Isiah, Kara, Harriet and Benjamin; his brothers, Joe Cook (Jan) and Steve Cook (Cynthia); and his close friends, Glen and Debbie Phillips. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
