He is survived by: his wife Penny Cooper; his children, Nikki Cooper and Gabe Cooper (Crystal); his granddaughter Hannah Jolls; and his siblings, Lyle "Frank" Cooper (Lou) and Patricia Andrews. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
