She was predeceased by: her parents, Jeremiah Fazi and Margaret Fazi (Mascitelli); her husband Domenic Antonelli; her brothers, Fred Fazi and Jack Fazi (Alice); her son-in-law Bill Herrick; and her great grandchild Sydney Zaban.
She is survived by: her children, Phil Antonelli (Lois), Julie Herrick, Louise McManus (Steve), John Antonelli (Donna Walker) and Laura Barens (Dan); and her brother Jerry Fazi (Lois). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren.
