He is survived by: his parents, Jeff Behrendt and Nancy Behrendt (Bohan); his sons, Jacob Behrendt of Crystal Lake, IL and Chance Behrendt (Kate); his grandchild Cason Behrendt of Eaton Rapids, MI; his sisters, Robin Boettcher (Mike) and Angie Salewsky (Troy); his nephew Thad Boettcher (Danika); his niece Kayla Boettcher (Eric Bellisle); his close friend Steve Liberty; and also, Declan and Anita Ballard. He is also survived by many other nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
