She was predeceased by: her father Arthur J. Bellavance, Jr.. She is survived by: her mother Laura Mastrangelo Bellavance, Jr. of Momence, IL.; her aunts, Lisa, Rosalee and Tina; and her uncle Raymond. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
