She was predeceased by: her parents, Max Williams and Dorotha Williams (Sutton). She is survived by: her sons, Bert Payne Jr. of Eaton Rapids and Christopher Payne (Diane); her grandchildren, Bert A. Payne, Trisha Payne, Christopher Payne Jr. and Julia Rivera; and her sister Jayne Stucky.
