He was predeceased by: his wife Mary; and his sister Asta (Arnold Surdyk). He is survived by: his daughter Tammy Caldwell (Bob); his grandchildren, Ally, Bobby and Brandon Caldwell; his stepchildren, Vicky Huff (JB) of Indiana, Oakie Hays (Shiela) of Indiana and Darkus Robbins (Sonny) of Indiana; his niece Debbie; and his nephew Tony Surdyk.
