Constance Ruggles Obituary
We are sad to announce that on August 22, 2018, at the age of 96, Constance Ruggles (Eastport, Michigan), born in Brooklyn, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Patrick Doyle and Irene Doyle (Abel); her siblings, John, Robert, Patrick, Alice Reitmeyer and Elaine Winterhalter; and her friend Elva Cowell.
She is survived by: her spouse Herb Ruggles; and her children, Bradford Taylor (Sandy) of Birmingham, Craig Taylor (Geri) of Southfield and Connie Taylor (David) of Central Lake.
A gathering of family and friends will be held Saturday, September 1st, at 1 p.m. at her home in Eastport, 4935 N.E. Torch Lake Dr. Memorial contributions can be given to the Eastport Village Care Home or Alzheimer's Association.
