We bid farewell to Neil Francis Mochty of East Tawas, Michigan, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on April 26, 2025 at the age of 81. Neil Francis touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Joseph and Helen Leona Mochty (Specht); and his siblings, Larry Mochty and Jean Helveston (Mochty). He is survived by: his wife Ellen Gertrude (Klinger); his children, Tom Mochty (Joni) of Bradenton, FL, Matt Mochty (Stacey) of East Tawas, Stephanie Sproule (Greg) of Linden and Michelle Baibos (Mark) of Flushing, Michigan; his grandchildren, Margaret, Jack Mochty, Sydney, Dillon (Lexi), Evan Mochty, Brandon (Lauren), Connor, Cameron Sproule, Mallory and Maverick Baibos; and his sister Elaine Bessey (Jim). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Holy Family Catholic Church (516 W Lincoln St, East Tawas, MI 48730). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
