It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Margaret Jane Lixey of East Tawas, Michigan, who passed away on April 25, 2022, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Muilenburg and Zella Muilenburg; her husband Donald Thomas Lixey of East Tawas; her son Rod Lixey; and her siblings, Virginia Immers and John Muilenburg.
She is survived by: her children, Kathy Husted (Stewart) of Lynchburg, VA, Bill Lixey (Beth) of East Tawas, Mich and Jane Taylor (Reid) of Grand Rapids, Michigan.; her daughter-in-law Brooke Lixey (Rod) of Romeo, Michigan.; her grandchildren, Johanna Lixey Montgomery (Jake) of Winter Park, FL, Andy Lixey (Ashley) of Romeo, Ryan Husted (Sarah) of Terrace Park, OH, Evan Husted (Kristina) of Denver, Heather Bishop (Garrett) of Milwaukee and Jennifer Lixey of Perry, Michigan.; her great grandchildren, Ella Green, Charlie Husted, Katherine Husted, Philip Husted, Lincoln Lixey, Sloane Lixey, Elizabeth Bishop, Grant Bishop and Victoria Bishop; and her pet Willy.
