With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Janice Marie Kalfs of East Tawas, Michigan, born in Flint, Michigan, who passed away on October 9, 2024 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Norma Sabourin (Sabourin) and George Hawk; her husband Thomas W. Kalfs; and her son Douglas Michael Kalfs. She is survived by: her siblings, Dorothy Peppin (Jim), Dennis Hawk (Jill), Linda Myrant (Robert) and Lorraine Bollinger; her children, Timothy D. Kalfs, Thomas G. Kalfs (Ellen), Ann Marie Schneider (Jim), Patricia Mary Alexander (Tony) and Robert S. Kalfs (Tina); her grandchildren, Brent, Dayna, Ken (Drea), Christopher, Lauren, Carly (Stephen), Bailey, Samantha, Bree, Braxton, Jack, Olivia and MacKenzie; and her great grandchildren, Brody Thomas, Aspen Rose and Abby Lee.
