Gary Lee Chapman Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gary Lee Chapman of East Tawas, Michigan, born in Negaunee, Michigan, who passed away on June 14, 2020 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence "Chippy" and Helen Chapman; and his parents-in-law, Julius (Lu) and Sophie Lahti. He is survived by: his wife Sandy Chapman of East Tawas; his children, Julie Rolffs (Rod) of East Peoria, IL and Mark Chapman; his granddaughters, Kate and Jordan; and his brother John Chapman (Sandra) of Hoffman Estates, IL. He is also survived by nephews, a niece, and numerous cousins.
Per his wishes, cremation has taken place and, due to the current pandemic-related circumstances, a private funeral ceremony has been held.
