She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Ketchabaw and Melva Ketchabaw (Sands); her husband Jack H. Lewis; her son Bradley Lewis; her daughter-in-law Shirley Lewis; her sister Jean Crane; and her close friend Mary Ellen Kaufman.
She is survived by: her sons, Brian Lewis of Oscoda and Jack Lewis (Rik England); her grandchildren, Benjamin, Stephanie, Aaron, Stacie, Heidi and Abby; and her great grandchildren, Ty, Kobe, Jack, Alex, Nora, Owen and Caelyn. She is also survived by 33 nieces and nephews; and many dear friends.
