He was predeceased by: his parents, William Clyde Wisner and Obelia Laura Katz. He is survived by: his wife Annette Gail Wisner (Boaz) of East Leroy; his children, Stephanie Ann Abrego and William Clyde Wisner; and his siblings, Betty June Rollfs of Barbara Rickman and Gary Katz. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
