He was predeceased by: his father Johnny Edmonds; and his sister Tina Marie Mosley. He is survived by: his mother Eleanor Johnson Edmonds; his wife Naomi Edmonds; his children, Christina Edmonds of Battle Creek, John Matthew Edmonds (Cassie Hill) of Battle Creek and Joseph Edmonds of East Leroy; his grandchildren, Jayden, Brianna, Paige, Jase and Ryan; his brother Bob Edmonds (Jody); and his great-niece Ashley Burghdoff. He is also survived by nieces and a nephew.
He was a complete warrior up to the end of his battle with Covid induced pneumonia.
