She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband William Boring; her children, Karen Verrill-Poster, Debbie Poster, Linda Murthum (Paul), Mary Seeterlin (Rob), Diane Merman (Tim), Julie Hebda (Tim), Jim Poster (Cindi), Bill Poster, Bridget Czarnewcki (Ed) and Ken Poster; and her stepsons, Bill Boring, Jr. and Bob Boring.

Memorials may be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
