He is survived by: his wife Pico Ball (Mary Angela Jakovac); his children, Anna Ball (Lucas Sepanak) and Nicholas Ball (Amanda Escalera-Torres); his in-laws, Jane (Jakovac), Paul Carl, Chris (Jakovac), Darrell Haan, Traci (Jakovac), Tom Shepard, Bill, Tina Jakovac, Marie (Jakovac) and Michael Armstrong; his nephew Herb Alford; his uncle Tom; his brother-in-law Bill Jakovac; his close friend Ross; his brother David; his caregiver Patrick Fox; and also David Ball (Angela).
