He is survived by: his wife Jan; his children, Lisa, Tim, Chris and Jon (Rebecca); his grandchildren, Jasmin, Lucas and Owen; and his sister-in-law Marjorie Polack. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and Godchildren.
