It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jared Michael Smith of East Lansing, Michigan, who passed away on December 22, 2023, at the age of 25, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his sisters, Tara and Taryn Smith; his grandparents, Mona Lou and Harley Randolph; and his great-uncle Ken Schmidt.

He is survived by: his parents, Vernor "Mike" Smith and Terri Smith (Randolph); his siblings, Telah Smith and Sam Smith (Mackenzie Hoort); and his grandparents, Vernor and Paticia Smith. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Smith family.
