He is survived by: his wife Eileen Frances Blumenau; his children, Joel Blumenau (Laura), Susan Blumenau Winer (Bob) and Mark Blumenau; and his grandchildren, Matthew Elleck Winer, Helena Blumenau and Sydnie Blumenau. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family appreciates contributions to McLaren Hospice, who provided exceptional care to David in his final days.
