It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Anthony Lawrence Schwartzfisher of East Lansing, Michigan, born in Petoskey, Michigan, who passed away on January 8, 2024, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Betty Schwartzfisher; his sons, James and Kenneth Schwartzfisher; and his siblings, Edwin, Frank, Lawrence, Eugene, Gerald, Robert Schwartzfisher, Hilda Lapezynski, Leona Eppler, Elizabeth Schwartzfisher, Barbara Kindy and Lois MacGregor.

He is survived by: his children, Beth Moore (Brian) of Kentwood and Jeff Schwartzfisher of Lansing, Michigan; and his grandchildren, Kristen, Rachel Schwartzfisher, Abby and Jake Moore. He is also survived by his many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
