He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Peter Lewis and Joan Lewis (Hannon). He was also cherished by his mother, three children, several grandchildren, four brothers, three sisters, many nieces and nephews, and his ex-wife.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Munson Hospice or Antrim County Commission on Aging.
