He was predeceased by: his parents, Evelyn June Ballard (Olds) and Charles Albert Ballard; and his niece Jessica Mare Robtoy (Ballard). He is survived by: his siblings, Albert E. Ballard of Chehalis, Robert D. Ballard (Cindy) of East Jordan, Coralyn Crouch (Sheldon) of Elmira, Valma R. Hoover of Clarksville and Carol J. Lord (Richard) of East Jordan. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
