It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Jo Richter of East Jordan, Michigan, who passed away on June 29, 2023, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Mary Jo Richter to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Peacock and Phyllis Peacock; and her former husband Dr. John Richter. She is survived by: her daughter Lisa Christine (Kevin) of East Jordan; her grandchildren, Alicia Whiteford (Mike), Karlee, Karah, Katlynn Dunson of East Jordan and John Richards of Troy, MI; her great grandchildren, Parker and Lexi Whiteford; and her siblings, MJ, Tom Peacock (Jill) of Pennsylvania, Doug Peacock (Susan) of North Carolina and Barbara LaFever (Dick) of Jenison, MI.. She is also survived by her grandchildren, son-in-law and grandson-in-law.
