He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis Evans and Mae Evans (Moore); his daughter Mary Ann Miller-Evans; his nieces and nephews, Jimmy Czarnecki, Robert Miller, Charlena Schriever, Candy Shelton and Penny Sue Smith; his parents-in-law, Hazel Miller-Mauer and Bob Miller; his brother-in-law Tony Miller; and his uncle Howard Evans.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara J. Miller; his children, Shiloh Watts (Brandon) of Mayville, MI, Leon Jr. Evans (Samantha) of East Jordan and Amanda Evans of Boyne City, MI; his granddaughters, Alexis, Elizabeth, Haylee Evans, Laura, Katelyn, Amber Watts and Ambrosia; and his brothers, Russell Evans, Chuck Evans (Bonnie) of East Jordan and Leo Evans.
