He is survived by: his son Jerry J. Burd; his sisters, Molly Schinkath (Ted) of Boyne City and Cindy Stark (Dave) of East Jordan; and his nieces and nephews, Kim Brooks (Jim), Brenda Vaughan (Harley), Angie Dowker (Randy), Judy Copperstone, Debbie White (Bill), Darlene Olnhausen (Kyle), Faith Nichols, Lacey Burd, James Bailey (Michelle), Mark Thorsen (Terri), James Burd (Vicky), Kenn Young (Jenny), Steven Hawkins (Misty), Eric Seelig (Susan), David Hawkins (Jennifer), Gary Hammond, Robert Burd and Ryan Burd.
