She was predeceased by: her parents, William James and Martha Jane Barrow (Clark); her daughter Lisa Shackelford; her grandsons, Emmanuel Nemecek and Tyler Hernandez; and her siblings, William Barrow, Ray Barrow and Lavona "Bonnie" Johnson.
She is survived by: her spouse Jerry E. Nemecek; her sons, Mitchell Shackelford of Seattle and Jeremy Nemecek (Debbie) of East Jordan; and her siblings, Chuck Barrow (Ginny) of Tulsa, Oklahoma and Marie Miles of West Olive, MI. She is also survived by five grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Penzien Funeral Homes, Inc. (621 Main St, East Jordan, MI 49727). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be directed to Jordan Valley Baptist Church.
