He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Ouellette and Wanda Ouellette. He is survived by: his wife Joanne; his sons, Craig Ouellette (Rebekah Karsch) and Dean Ouellette (Kristen Gafney); his grandsons, Wade and Lyle Ouellette; his brothers, Russell Ouellette and Robert Ouellette (Patricia); and his brother-in-law John Volker. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the wishes of the family.
