Robert W. Shafer Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert W. Shafer (East China, Michigan), who passed away on April 29, 2020, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Shafer and Helen Havens; and his siblings, Dick Shafer, Cindy Havens and Mary Ann Carnahan.
He is survived by: his wife Linda; his son Steve (Kim); his grandson Pearson; his brothers, Art Shafer (Donna) and Ron Shafer (Jenny); and his siblings-in-law, Ed Siegrist (Mary Jo), Ed Carnahan and Ginny Hurttgam. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Due to current conditions surrounding COVID-19 there will only be a private service for immediate family.
