He is survived by: his wife Julia Murphy; his children, Colleen (Brian Biafore), Michael (Kimberly), Matthew (Loretta) and Joseph; his grandchildren, Thomas, Emily Biafore, Kelsey, Brendan, Erin (Ryan Yousif), Julianna Murphy, Duncan, Ethan, Griffin and Madeline Murphy; his great grandchild Delilah; and his brothers, Richard (Melodie) and Thomas.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 12th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A prayer was held on Sunday, January 12th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Young Colonial Chapel Funeral Home (4061 St Clair Hwy, East China, MI 48054). A Mass was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Christopher Catholic Church (1000 Michigan Ave, Marysville, MI 48040).
