He was predeceased by: his parents, Catarino Rubio and Mary Rubio; his siblings, Bernice Baker, Willie Rubio and Frances Hoch; and also Kim Pelster.
He is survived by: his daughter Brooke Heath (Ralph); his granddaughters, Jayden and Aylivia Heath; his wife Bonnie; his stepchildren, Thomas Cokely (Roxy Richardson), Tawnya Grick (Jeremy) and Lindsay Strohl (Mike); and his siblings, Martin Rubio (Linda), Josephine Merchant, Irene Gallentine, Ramona Hoch (Leonard), Kathy Noblitt (Bill) and Juanita Heinrich (John). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren.
