He was predeceased by: his father Fred Biewer; his sister Bonnie; and his brother-in-law Mark Van Hecke. He is survived by: his wife Sue Biewer; his children, James R. Biewer II, Michelle Biewer-Smetka (Marcus) and Kelsey Gannon (David); his grandchildren, Boston, Kalan and Beckett; his brother Scott Biewer (Cindy); and his pet Culter. He is also survived by his wife, children, and grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Marine City Scholarship Foundation or Visiting Nurse Association and Blue Water Hospice.
