With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Howard Earl VanderVeen of East China, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 20, 2024 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry VanderVeen and Lilly Dale VanderVeen; his former wife Bonda Kay VanderVeen; and his brothers, Jack VanderVeen and Larry Joe VanderVeen.
He is survived by: his wife Constance; his daughters, Heather Nelson (Kevin) and April Kole (Kirk Lilly); his stepsons, Jeff White and Jason White (Kasia); his grandchildren, Miranda VanderVeen (Joe Phillips), Hanna Major (Dakota), Kayla Kole (Robbins Renn) and Olivia Lilly (Sean Lemus); his stepgrandchildren, Taylor White, Cooper White and Alexandra White; and his pet Reggie.
