He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Arnold and Marie Lavley; and his sister Mary Ann Prudhomme. He is survived by: his wife Sally Ann Kendall; his children, Sarah Blackstock (Herb) and David Arnold (Julie); his grandchildren, Ian, Emily Blackstock and Rachel Arnold; his brothers, Chet Arnold and Wayne Arnold (Elizabeth); and his nephew Colin Kendall (Robin Skodzinsky).
Gary battled Alzheimer's for almost 10 years and his family became advocates for the Alzheimer's association.
