With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Earl Sayers of East China, Michigan, born in Saint Clair, Michigan, who passed away on March 14, 2023 at the age of 94. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Earl Sayers to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Sayers and Genevieve Sayers; his wife Marie Smith; his children, Bonnie Hamilton, Kenneth Sayers and Harold "Punky" Sayers; his sons-in-law, Gary Simons and Norv Emig; his grandsons, Norvall Emig Jr., Lonnie Schigur and Cody Shovan; and his siblings, Deloris Barks, Cheryl Posey and Ken Sayers.
He is survived by: his children, Peggy Simons, Diane Emig, Lorrie Schigur, Dave Sayers (Lorrie), James Sayers, Tami Loxton, Patti Barton, Sharon Eckelbarger (Erich), Nancy Pickett and Steve Sayers; and his brother Harold Sayers. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 36 great grandchildren, 14 great great grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the Veterans of Michigan or Hospice of Michigan.
