He is survived by: his wife Carolyn; his daughters, Susan Layman (David) and Sandy Fortner; his grandchildren, Jessica Fortner, Earl Fortner, Sarah Page (Keith) and Kate Layman; and his great grandchild John. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
