He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Miotke and Helen Miotke (Uzarek); and his siblings, Kathleen Miotke, Fred, Norbert and Jim Miotke.
He is survived by: his mother-in-law Audrey Garbacik; his wife Audrey Miotke; his children, Mark Miotke (Anastasia), Lynn St (Mark), Paul Miotke (Kathleen) and Alan Miotke (DeAnna); and his siblings, Phyllis Nyquist, Michael (Judy) and Matthew Miotke (Brenda).
