He is survived by: his sons, Gerald A. "Jerry" Heath (Rita), Thomas C. Heath (Ellen), Randy Heath (Judy) and Don Heath (Nickie); his grandchildren, Amy Patterson (Rob), Lynn Stephens (Paul), Jerry Heath (Amy), Bill Heath (Michelle), Tesa Nicolanti (Dave), Steffane McClary (Dan), Trevor Heath (Jocelyn) and Crystal Heath; his great grandchildren, Meghan Jensen (Adam), Tiffani O'Neill (Ryan), Tyler Patterson, Olivia, Allie, Zach, Emma Stephens, Ashleigh, Jessica Heath, Wills Heath (Bobby), Elizabeth Heath Marshall (Josh), Jamie, Ronnie Heath, Jules, Bella McClary, Kora and Logan Nicolanti; his great great grandchild Heath O'Neill; his siblings-in-law, Donald Horn and Diane Woodward (Larry); his nieces, Janet Wiltshire and Marsha Heath; and his friend Marianne Ahles.
